Product Characteristics：
XE160SL adopts the new engine jointly developed by XCMG Excavator and Cummins, with strong power, the largest power in the same tonnage, low speed and large torque, and substantially high fuel economy, which can reduce fuel consumption by 7% compared with the previous generation of machine. The new generation of international famous brand hydraulic components, ultra-high rated working pressure, high efficiency, precise control, low impact, long life, combined with the new generation of XEICS intelligent control system developed by XCMG Excavator, can make full use of the engine output power, and the optimized fuel power curve can save up to 7% of fuel under the same operating efficiency. The main structural parts are all optimized by finite element analysis and have been tested by long-cycle high-intensity operation, resulting in a longer service life. All daily maintenance parts are within reach, saving time, energy and safety. The new injection-molded cab is equipped with double-layer laminated glass as standard, which can effectively block the noise. Secondly, the cab is equipped with integrated control panel, new anti-glare flat panel display, simple and fashionable appearance, new silicone oil spring composite shock absorber, and all-round adjustable suspension seat, which makes the operation more comfortable.
Hollow floating box structure provides enough buoyancy, which can make the whole machine float on the water surface and ensure the whole machine to transfer in deeper waters, which can ensure the maximum operating water depth of 1.2m, and the loading and unloading can be separated quickly, which makes the machine transportation convenient and fast. The large grounding area ensures extremely low grounding pressure (22.8kPa), which enables the machine to stably walk and stay on the soft ground such as wetland, mudflat and marshland.
Adopting the extended working device with the length of 8.621m, the working range is wider; increasing the secondary fuel tank, the fuel tank volume is upgraded to 760L, which greatly improves the operating time of the excavator; increasing the walking plate around the turntable, which is convenient for the personnel to enter into the vehicle to carry out the inspection and maintenance of the machine.
