Fence semi-trailer design structure
Fence semi-trailer is a semi-trailer designed with a fence structure on the cargo area. Mainly used for the transportation of agricultural and sideline products and other light foam goods.
1. 3. Series Fence semi-trailer frames are all beam-through structures, and the longitudinal beams are straight or gooseneck. The height of the webs ranges from 400 to 500, the longitudinal beams are welded by automatic submerged arc welding, the frame is shot blasted, and the cross beams penetrate the longitudinal beams and weld the whole.
4. Suspension system: Fence semi-trailer adopts a new type of suspension system, which has high strength and strong impact resistance; the load of each axle is balanced, and the system tie rod angle is reasonably designed to reduce the tire and the ground during frequent turbulence. The friction slip distance can effectively reduce tire wear. At the same time, the tie rod can be adjusted and the wheelbase can be adjusted to effectively avoid the phenomenon of partial running-in and gnawing of the tire.
