Curtain side semi-trailer features and styles
The Curtain side semi-trailer uses a semi-trailer with a fence structure to carry the goods. The main use is to transport agricultural and sideline products such as fruits, vegetables, and some daily necessities used in our lives and other types of light foam goods. It is the most common semi-trailer vehicle in our daily life.
Curtain side semi-trailer features:
1. The design structure and craftsmanship of the fence and vehicle model of the Curtain side semi-trailer are all reasonably designed according to the type of the customer's transportation goods. Under the condition of satisfying the load, the weight of the carriage is reduced. The structure of the carriage is simple and suitable, and it is convenient to disassemble, which reduces the investment cost for the car owner.
2. The Curtain side semi-trailer frame adopts a space frame structure formed by welding longitudinal beams and integral through cross beams. It can balance the strength, rigidity and toughness of the frame, with strong bearing capacity and no permanent deformation.
3. The frame of the Curtain side semi-trailer adopts a beam-through structure, and the longitudinal beam structure adopts a gooseneck or straight type. The height of the webs ranges from 400 to 500. The longitudinal beams are welded by automatic submerged arc welding, and the frame is shot blasted to penetrate the beams to the longitudinal beams and weld them into a whole.
4. The Curtain side semi-trailer suspension system adopts a new type of suspension system with high strength and strong impact resistance; the load of each axle is balanced, and the system tie rod angle is reasonably designed. In the process of frequent bumps, it reduces the tire and the ground. The friction slip distance can effectively reduce tire wear. At the same time, the tie rod can be adjusted and the wheelbase can be adjusted to effectively avoid the phenomenon of partial running-in and gnawing of the tire.
